I enter my horse knowing that it is my responsibility to have my horse ready to compete on the day and agree to compete under the rules associated with this event.
I will not hold Mackay Beach Horse Races, Mackay Tourism Ltd, Mackay Regional Council or Sound Australia (Qld) Pty Ltd liable should my horse get injured while contesting this event.
All riders (or parent/guardian of riders under 18) must sign a waiver before competing. This document will be sent to you following receipt of your nomination.
After your nomination is received, an invoice will be sent to you. Your nomination is not confirmed until payment is received.
